My result would have been better if I hadn't swam off course! I was satisfied with my bike and run, although my foot really hurt and I noticed my run fitness was already slipping.

My result would have been better if I hadn't swam off course! I was satisfied with my bike and run, although my foot really hurt and I noticed my run fitness was already slipping.

Leaving the podium after receiving my AG medal. Sara Gross, the silver medalist is on the right. Christine Fletcher won the AG and was 1st Female OA.
